Every year, SPI Research completes the Professional Services Maturity™ Benchmark designed to help organizations understand their performance compared to that of their peers. The benchmark provides insights into critical business processes and key measurements so organizations can compare, diagnose, and improve their performance.
Best-of-the-Best winners outshone their peers across five critical service performance dimensions; leadership, client relationships, human capital management, service execution and finance and operations. According to SPI, the Best-of-the-Best companies, on average, grew year over year PS revenue by 14.5%, which is 54% more than the revenue growth of average firms at 9.4%. Year over-year employee headcount growth was also impressive at 11%.
This year 622 organizations participated in the survey and Kinsmen Group was among the top 18 organizations to outperform their peers with an impressive year over year PS revenue growth of 80.4%, a considerable year over year headcount growth of 75%, significantly higher profits, more projects delivered on time and consistently delighted customers.
